The Role
About You

- Ensure store and dispensary operate efficiently and meet standards of key control indicators in areas of housekeeping, merchandising, stocks ordering and management, security, wastage and costs incurred
- Monitor daily sales trend of the store and formulate action plans to counter competition and threats so as to safeguard sales growth ad contribution
- Plan and lead team in executing promotional activities smoothly to maximize on the event to drive sales
- Communicate management directions and decisions to team members to align them to work towards the same goal
- Dispense drugs accurately based on prescriptions and ensure that there is compliance with governing laws, regulations and standards; Maintain records required by governing regulations and guidelines
- Provide counselling and other pharmacy-related services and professional pharmaceutical care to patients as required; Serve customers with excellent customer service and ensure that team members provide the samelevel of service to customers so as to close sales
- Develop team-members to be competent to perform their jobs
- Conduct a minimum of 2 night checks a month to ensure all safety and security procedures are followed
About You
- Degree in Pharmacy
- Must be registered with the Singapore Pharmacy Council
- At least 2 years in retail industry
- Candidates with extensive experience will be considered for senior roles
