Key Responsibilities
Key Requirements
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals that align with client needs and technical requirements.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers
- Interpret customer specifications and project requirements, offering tailored technical solutions and services.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure solutions meet all relevant standards and deadlines.
- Provide accurate quotations, participate in tender processes, and negotiate contract terms with customers.
- Track industry trends, competitor offerings, and new developments to inform sales strategy and customer engagement.
- Offer after-sales support
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and site visits as needed.
- Maintain detailed records of project proposals, communications, and contract documentation.
Key Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Material Sciences Engineering or any other relevant fields, preferably with at least 2 years of direct sales experience
- Prior work experience in building, construction or M&E consultancy industries is preferred
- Has passion and ability to manage a wide diversity of services
- Clear and articulate presentation ability with excellent communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus to establish positive relations
- Mature, self-disciplined and results-driven
