Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the application development team to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Oversee the acquisition, design, and development of software systems across departments.

• Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high standards of quality and performance.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of applications and recommend improvements.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in software/application development.
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Proven experience in managing end-to-end application development projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Knowledge of cybersecurity and data protection standards.
