Ourexperienced team of recruitment experts work mainly on Leadership (CXO)Strategy, M&A and Transformation across Financial Services, Private Equity,Technology and Consulting.

The Position:

• Understanding recruitment mandates and defining asourcing strategy - Sourcing candidates thanks to a multi-channel approach:

• Talent Mapping, Headhunting, job boards, socialmedia & referrals

• Developing a candidate portfolio based on directcontacts

• Selecting and qualifying (incl. interviewing) localas well as international candidates at mid and senior level.

• In depth phone and face to face interviews

• Client acquisition and business development

• Ensuring proper process management together withrecruitment consultants and clients - Supporting actively key account managersin the development of our sales strategy

Your background:

• Bachelor's Degree - 1 - 8 years professional workexperience, in Recruitment or Executive Search,

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills

• Entrepreneurial mind-set and "can-do" attitude

• Professional code of ethics - Fluency in English,additional languages would be an advantage.
