• Attending and participating in meetings and training sessions.
• Maintaining detailed records of massages, treatments, and therapy performed on each guest.
• Resolving guest complaints and reporting any accidents to the manager.
• Display excellent customer service, support and awareness at all times.
• Manage stock levels and follow all usage guidelines set during training.
• Consulting with clients to identify the best appropriate massage services.
• Complying with all applicable standards, rules, and regulations.
• Ensuring a clean, safe, and well-organized facility.
• Simple house keeping required.

Requirements

• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Able to speak simple Mandarin and English preferred.
• The ability to stand for extended periods.
• Well-groomed, professional appearance.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Able to commit to working on weekends/public holidays.
