- Valid BDVL (Bus Driver's Vocational Licence) - Mandatory
- Minimum 2 years bus driving experience (tourist / school bus preferred)
- Punctual and responsible - must follow schedules on time
- Must maintain bus cleanliness (inside & outside)
- Knowledge of airport & attraction pick-up procedures preferred
- Able to communicate in basic English (Hindi advantage)
- Must follow traffic rules & company safety policies

The driver will operate a tourist shuttle bus for airport pickups, hotel transfers, and city sightseeing schedules. The driver must strictly follow daily timing and roster, ensure passenger safety, and keep the bus clean and presentable at all times. Professional behaviour and good customer service toward tourists are required.
