We are looking for an experienced Custom Cabinetry Project Manager to lead our full-house custom cabinet installation projects. The candidate must be hands-on, able to manage site work, and also personally carry out installation when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-house custom cabinet projects from start to completion
• Coordinate site installation, workers, and daily work schedule
• Apply and handle all necessary permits and approvals (e.g. renovation permits, site access, etc.)
• Supervise installation quality and progress on site
• Personally carry out cabinet installation when required (hands-on work)
• Train and guide new installers and junior workers
• Communicate with office team, suppliers, and clients
• Ensure safety, workmanship quality, and project timeline are met

Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years of experience in cabinet installation and project management
• Must be hands-on, not only managing but also able to do installation personally
• Strong knowledge of full-house custom cabinet works
• Experience in managing site workers and installation teams
• Familiar with permit application process and site regulations
• Ability to train new workers and lead a team
• Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently
• Good problem-solving skills on site
