About the Role

We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Indoor Plants Gardener to join our East Area Team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who finds joy in caring for plants and delivering exceptional service.

What You'll Do

Provide top-notch plant maintenance service across assigned locations
Assist with planting, display setups, loading/unloading, and preparation work
Trim and nurture potting plants, removing unwanted or damaged leaves
Monitor plant health and act promptly to keep them thriving
Communicate and follow up effectively with other departments to ensure outstanding service closure
Take on ad-hoc operational tasks assigned by your supervisor

What We Offer

✔️ Salary: $1,950 per month
✔️ Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM/ Saturday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
✔️ Employment Period: NOW until end Feb 2026
✔️ Leave Benefits: Start with 7 days of Annual Leave, gaining 1 extra day every year, up to a maximum of 14 days. Other leave entitlements per MOM regulations after confirmation
✔️ Stable Career Path: 3-month probation followed by full-time confirmation
