Working Hours: 8.30am-5.30pm| 9am-6pm| 11am-10pm| 12pm-10pm (There is no fix morning shift, flexibility across rotating timings is required)
Working Days: 6 days per week

Job Responsibilities:

Provide friendly, attentive service to all customers ― assist with inquiries, offer product recommendations.
Operate the POS system efficiently to process cash, card and digital payments.
Help customers with placing orders, picking up pre-orders for cakes and managing special requests.
Maintain attractive, fully-stocked displays with products neatly arranged and correctly labelled.
Operate the bread slicer machine safely and efficiently.
Clean and sanitize trays, tongs, utensils, display cases and work areas regularly.
Assist with daily stock-taking, inventory replenishment and end-of-day cash and product balancing.
Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor/ Manager.

Job Requirements:

SINGAPOREANS ONLY
Previous experience in retail, F&B or bakery operations is advantageous.
Candidates without prior experience are welcome to apply ― on-the-job training will be provided.
Physically fit ― able to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads (e.g., tray stacks) and perform repetitive tasks.
Positive, proactive, team-player and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Able to commit to a 6-days work week with rotating shifts.
