What You'll Do

  • Drive new business development by identifying and acquiring clients with hiring needs
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to placement
  • Hit and exceed sales targets
  • Build lasting client partnerships built on trust and delivery
  • Collaborate with a supportive, disciplined team that celebrates success together

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of recruitment/relevant experience (preferred but not a deal-breaker)
  • CEI-certified and degree holder advantageous
  • Keen understanding of Singapore's employment market
  • Able to work onsite in our Singapore office (non-remote role)
