Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the distributors to develop comprehensive channelmarketing plans aligned with business objectives and target audience.

Identify, onboard, and manage strategic channel partnership to expand ourreach out and drive mutual growth opportunities.

Develop joint marketing campaigns, promotions, and co-branded assets toengage channel partners and drive demand generation.

Create and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, serving as the
main point of contact for all marketing-related activities and initiatives .

Provide guidance and support to channel partners on leveraging marketingtools, resources, and programs to maximize their marketing efforts.

Track, analyze, and report on the performance of channel marketingactivities and campaigns, providing insights and recommendations foroptimization.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and bestpractices in channel marketing to continuously improve our strategies andtactics.

Assist in planning, organizing, and executing company events, roadshows, and overseas activities.

Coordinate with China partners, vendors, suppliers, and internal teams

Travel to China whenever required for event support.

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Marketing or related field.
• 5 years' experience in marketing, with exposure to events, and CRM.
• Direct sales experience can be considered.
• Experience in planning and executing corporate events.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong proficiency in Mandarin to effectively assist mandarinspeaking customers.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with design tools e.g. Canva.
• Knowledge of social media management.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data.
