As a Staff Nurse (ENT), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Provide professional nursing care to patients undergoing consultation, diagnostic, and treatment procedures
• Assist physicians during examinations and minor procedures.
• Educate patients and caregivers on medication, dietary requirements, and follow-up care.
• Perform triage and initial assessment for patients attending the clinic.
• Manage appointment scheduling, follow-up coordination, and patient flow within the clinic.
• Initiate, implement, and monitor quality improvement programs to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
• Continuously evaluate clinic processes and practices to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Diploma in Nursing with a valid registration with Singapore Nursing Board
