✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all assigned stewarding and dishwashing areas.
• Manage and maintain F&B operating supplies & equipment (OS&E) inventory.
• Perform deep cleaning and routine cleaning duties according to the cleaning schedule.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of all cleaned kitchenware and utensils.
• Support kitchen and service teams by maintaining a clean and organized back-of-house environment.

Requirements:

1. Open to all!
2. Comfortable to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
3. Physically fit and able to carry large and heavy kitchen equipment
4. Responsible, reliable, and team-oriented attitude.
