Our client is a well-known leading Training, Consulting and outsourcing services provider based in Singapore They offer a broad portfolio of services under the scope of Training, Consulting, Outsourcing and Project Management in the area of QESH ,etc.

They have an immediate requirement for a CENTRE MANAGER to be based in Singapore.

Job Description

• Managed overall operations, marketing and sales activities of the centre.
• Develop and execute strategic plans, budgets and spending, forecasts and analysis and monitor results and revise plans accordingly to be in line with the overall strategic goals.
• Work with teams to reach or exceed projected sales/profit goals of centre
• Manage and motivate the training teams (including full time trainers)
• Develop and maintain a positive and productive working environment that motivates employees to strive for performance excellence
• Ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction
• Conduct evaluation and review on trainers and staff
• Stay current with the latest innovations/offerings changes
• Manage and be accountable for training delivery, quality and assurance in accordance with the regulations under relevant accreditation bodies such as SSG and the company's policies and directives
• Protects organisation values by keeping information confidential.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Sales/Marketing or other disciplines
• Relevant work experience in area of operations, course administration, training development and management, sales supervision in training or education industries
• Prior work experience in leading a team is essential
• Ability to effectively manage training centre and staff
• Well-rounded team player to build efficiency and foster a strong team environment
• Possess strong work ethics and keep information confidential

Job location : Nearest MRT Lavendar, Spore

Salary : Upto $5k pm(open for discussions)
