Process Safety Manager

Our client is a US pharmaceutical company with a strong international presence & they are looking to hire an experienced Process Safety Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• The Process Safety Manager is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of Process Safety Management (PSM) and Risk Management programs to ensure safe, reliable, and compliant operations.
• This role provides technical expertise, strategic guidance, and hands-on support to identify, evaluate, and mitigate process-related hazards across the facility.
• The Process Safety Manager builds and leads a strong Process Safety team while driving continuous improvement, innovation, and sustainable results across PSM projects, programs, assessments, and action plans.
• The position partners closely with engineering, operations, maintenance, and leadership teams to strengthen safety culture and uphold regulatory and organizational standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Process, Mechanical, or related field).
• More than 8 years of process safety experience in chemical operations or high-hazard industries (e.g., oil & gas, pharmaceutical, petrochemical, industrial manufacturing).
• Experience with PSM-covered processes or equivalent high-hazard process environments.
• Candidates with significantly more years of relevant experience may be considered for a more senior grade or level.
