Job Responsibilities
• Manage phone and online reservations with accuracy and professionalism.
• Handle customer billing, operate the cash register, and process various payment methods (cash, credit cards, and electronic payments).
• Oversee beverage management, including quality control, accurate record-keeping, inventory monitoring, and related responsibilities.
• Record daily transactions accurately to ensure clear, organized, and error-free accounts.
• Collaborate with service staff to deliver timely, efficient, and seamless guest service.
• Address and resolve guest inquiries or complaints promptly, courteously, and professionally.

Job Requirements
• Prior experience in cashiering or serving is preferred; however, training will be provided for suitable candidates.
• Strong ability to manage accounts and maintain precise records.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
