About the Role
We are seeking an energetic and hands-on HR Manager to support a growing operational team. The HR Manager will oversee full-spectrum HR activities, ensuring alignment with group HR policies and standards. You will lead drive talent acquisition, workforce planning, payroll oversight, and HR governance, with a focus on hiring of paramedics, medics, and medic drivers.

What You'll Do:

1. Talent Acquisition & Mass Hiring
  • Lead, plan, and execute large-scale recruitment campaigns across multiple functions.
  • Drive fast-paced hiring for paramedics, medics, and medic drivers, ensuring operational staffing needs are met.
  • Build and maintain sourcing channels including job portals, agencies, social media, referrals, and community partnerships.
  • Maintain weekly hiring dashboards and KPIs for management.

2. HR Operations, Payroll & Benefits
  • Review monthly payroll inputs, allowances, overtime, incentives, and claims.
  • Support planning and review of compensation and benefits structures.
  • Ensure HR operations comply with employment laws and internal HR governance.

3. HR Policy Alignment & Compliance
  • Ensure HR practices align with group policies and guidelines.
  • Recommend improvements and harmonisation of HR policies.
  • Maintain HR governance, documentation, and audit readiness.

4. Workforce Planning & HR Analytics
  • Produce monthly HR analytics: manpower variance, hiring gaps, turnover, leave utilization, and overtime trends.
  • Present data-driven insights to support workforce planning and operational growth.
  • Assist in manpower budgeting and forecasting.

5. Employee Relations & HR Discipline
  • Advise on disciplinary matters, investigations, and employee counseling.
  • Ensure consistent and fair application of HR policies.
  • Support managers in fostering a professional and positive workplace culture.

What You Bring:
  • 5 years of relevant experience with proven track record in mass hiring and workforce ramp-up
  • Experience hiring paramedics, medics, or similar frontline healthcare operational roles is a plus
  • Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or relevant discipline
  • Hands-on experience in recruitment, payroll, C&B, HR operations, and employee relations
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to present HR dashboards
  • Strong communication skills, and professional attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring timelines
