• Provide legal and business affairs support across the region, advising on strategic, financial, and reputational matters.
• Ensure company compliance with laws and regulations in all operational countries.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, licenses, and agreements.
• Advise on compliance, IP, labour, and business risks.
• Educate internal teams and partners on legal responsibilities.
• Maintain corporate governance, filings, and intercompany agreements.
• Manage outside counsel and support cost-saving initiatives.
