Legal Advisory & Risk Management

• Draft, review, and negotiate distribution, resale, vendor, and supplier contracts.
• Manage licenses and sales contracts in line with company policies and risk tolerance.
• Provide clear legal guidance on compliance, company policies, IP, labour matters, and business strategy.
• Identify operational risks and mitigate them while supporting commercial opportunities.
• Advise on brand protection and educate internal teams and external partners on legal risks.

Corporate Governance

• Ensure timely and accurate corporate filings.
• Report company activities in compliance with local laws.
• Represent the company for legal matters and authorize legal activities related to audits, finance, and governance.
• Maintain intercompany agreements in line with local tax requirements.

External Counsel & Cost Management

• Manage outside counsel engagement and spending.
• Support initiatives to optimize indirect legal spend.
