Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all site activities and supervise field teams while maintaining quality and safety standards
• Monitor work progress, ensure projects are completed on time, and according to contract specifications
• Coordinate with clients, builders, consultants, contractors, and suppliers
• Prepare progress reports, safety reports, and material purchase requests
• Manage maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 5 to 8 years of experience specifically in the elevator / lift industry.
• CSCPM certification or equivalent safety course
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suites
• Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
• Advantage if possess Class 3 and above driving licence
