We are looking for a responsible and service-oriented Facility Officers / Admin to support daily estate operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-focused, and able to maintain a high standard of safety across the property.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to residents' and visitors' enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Ensure all facilities are clean, safe, and in good working condition.
• Carry out handover/takeover (HOTO) procedures and report damages or faults.
• Manage, schedule, and coordinate facility bookings.
• Update daily reports using Excel and ensure accurate record keeping.
• Conduct routine check of common areas including gym, clubhouse, pools, playgrounds, courts, BBQ pits, etc.
• Enforce house rules and ensure compliance by residents and visitors.
• Coordinate with cleaners, technicians, and vendors via WhatsApp.
• Respond to on-site issues promptly and assist in resolving operational matters.

Requirements

• Preferably with experience in working in facility or condominium operations.
• Physically fit to perform regular checks on facilities.
• Able to work weekends and Public Holidays.
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills.
• Good communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
