Bartender (High-end Steakhouse)

5 days, 3pm-11pm ; 12pm-9pm for Sat & Sun but very rare (off days are not fixed)

Salary: $3100- $3400

Location: Esplanade

About the restaurant:

Upscale chain for aged prime beef, seafood & other traditional steakhouse fare in a clubby space, and is regarded as one of the best martini bars in Singapore.

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of Cocktails, Liquor, Beer and Wine
• Minimum 1 year bartending experience

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages
• Service of food & beverage
• Presenting and closing of checks
• Responsible for maintaining accurate cash float and till
• Ensure cleanliness is met and up to sanitization standards for equipment, work station and environment
• Responsible for daily bar inventory, supplies and display
• Opening & closing duties
• Other duties as assigned
