Job Summary:

• Several years of experience in process design / process analysis engagements for large, complex global enterprises
• Understanding of process design and improvement best practices
• Experience in aligning process blueprinting methods with Agile-based project delivery approaches
• Leading process blueprinting initiatives
• Project leadership and delivery

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of Financial Services processes, systems, and products
• Proficiency in ARIS for process design and architecture
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Workshop facilitation skills
• Familiarity with Project Management tools & methods (e.g., Clarity, MS Project)
• Data & Reporting skills (e.g., MS Excel, project dashboards, status reports, KPI tracking)
• Experience with Collaboration and communication tools (MS Teams, SharePoint, Confluence)
• Financial and contract management

Core Requirements

• Project management capabilities
• Banking domain expertise
• Proven experience in ARIS process design/modeling
• Education: Financial Services or a related discipline
