About Us:

Greenphyto is an agri-tech start-up in Singapore working to make farming smarter and more efficient using automation. We grow leafy vegetables indoors using high-tech systems, helping Singapore reach its goal of producing 30% of its own food by 2030.

What You'll Do:

As a Farm Assistant, you'll help run our indoor farm smoothly. This includes keeping the farm clean, supporting the growing process, and helping with daily tasks. You'll be working mostly with machines in a clean, factory-like environment.

Your Daily Tasks Will Include:

• \tHelping with planting seeds and harvesting crops.

• \tPreparing plant nutrients.

• \tChecking that machines and equipment are working properly.

• \tKeeping the farm tidy and handling waste.

• \tPacking and preparing orders.

• \tReceiving and checking supplies; keeping track of inventory.

• \tFollowing safety and hygiene rules at all times.

What We're Looking For:

• \tGCE 'N'/'O' Levels or similar.

• \tNo experience needed - we'll train you!

• \tComfortable doing physical work and using equipment.

• \tWilling to work indoors, in a clean and controlled environment.

• \tResponsible, reliable, and able to follow instructions.
