Job Title: OT Scrub Nurse

Location: Central Singapore

Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Scrub Nurse to join our surgical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collaborating with the surgical team to ensure safety, high standards of care, and smooth operations during surgeries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure the highest safety and surgical standards.
• Perform scrub, circulate, and recovery duties as required.
• Assess patients pre-operatively and triage them prior to surgery.
• Conduct equipment checks and prepare operating rooms and instruments.
• Ensure delivery of safe and competent nursing care, in compliance with nursing standards of practice.
• Support administrative duties, including medication management, specimen tracing, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with infection control practices and principles of sterility and asepsis during surgical procedures.
• Assist in maintaining inventory and supply orders for surgical consumables.
• Manage postop patient care and conduct postop teachings.
• Assist with optimal OT room utilization and scheduling of cases.
• Mentor and provide resources to incoming staff.

Requirements:

• SNB Registered
• BCLS & AED Certified
• Diploma or Degree in Nursing
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in OT
• Experience in clinical settings
