Job Title: AU Nurse

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Anesthesia Unit Nurse to join our team. You will assist in the safe administration of anesthesia, monitor patients during surgery, and provide post-operative care to ensure their recovery.

Responsibilities:

• Pre-Operative Care: Assess patient health and prepare them for anesthesia.
• Anesthesia Assistance: Help administer anesthesia and monitor vital signs during surgery.
• Post-Operative Care: Monitor recovery, manage pain, and provide recovery instructions.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records and report any reactions.
• Patient Education: Inform patients and families about anesthesia and recovery processes.

Requirements:

• SNB Registered
• BCLS & AED Certified
• Diploma or Degree in Nursing
• Experience in anesthesia (2+ years preferred).
• Strong communication, assessment, and teamwork skills.
