Job Responsibilities:
-Assist in purchasing office supplies, pantry items and stationery.
-Help coordinate with vendors for quotations and simple service arrangements.
-Support record-keeping for purchases and invoices.
Document Management:
-Assist in preparing basic documents, reports and internal communication.
-Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Coordination Work:
-Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing Zoom links, and arranging meeting materials.
-Help with collating expense claims under guidance.
General Administrative (Training Provided):
-Provide admin support to consultants and management.
-Assist in recruitment tasks: job postings, interview scheduling, resume screening.
-Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Office Manager.
-Upload essential file into Dropbox
