Role Summary

As an Assistant Market Management Manager, you will work closely with the Leadership and Executive Team to support HDI's Market Management (MM) function - a core growth engine of the company - across four key areas: Marketing & Communication, Sales & Distribution, Market Intelligence, and Client Engagement.

Marketing & Communication

• Support and coordinate HDI's brand visibility through events, sponsorships, conferences, and market engagement activities.
• Assist in organizing meetings with partners and brokers to strengthen relationships.
• Collaborate with marketing agencies and media partners on LinkedIn content, corporate videos, and brand storytelling.
• Help create, update, and maintain marketing materials, presentations, and company profiles.

Sales & Distribution

• Assist with regional distribution analysis to understand how HDI products are marketed and sold through intermediaries.
• Maintain and analyze sales and pipeline data using Excel and CRM tools to identify performance trends.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for management and leadership reviews.
• Support the continuous improvement of market insights, reporting processes, and partner engagement.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or similar.
• 1-3 years' experience in marketing, communications, or coordination roles.
• Good Excel skills (formulas, tables, data organisation).
• Strong PowerPoint and communication skills.
• Highly organised, resourceful, proactive, and comfortable with events and people.
• Able to work under pressure and manage last-minute requests.
