Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- To coordinate the daily operations of the clinic (front counter services, administrative, and operational matters).
- Assist the Operation Team/ Cluster Manager in the implementation of goals, objectives, policies, procedures, and systems for all operational areas of the clinic.
- Oversee and supervise the training and development of clinic staff members.
- Plan and coordinate the daily work assignments and operations.
- Manage a group of patient service associates.
- Coordinate daily administrative matters, including the reconciliation of accounts payable and receivables.
- Work in partnership with clinic staff members to ensure the delivery of quality patient care and services.
- Work closely with Clinic Staff, Head Office Operational Support, and other stakeholders.
- Responsible for ensuring that clinic staff receive appropriate induction, orientation, and training so that they possess the appropriate skills and knowledge to carry out their jobs.
- Responsible for communication between staff and head office. The coordinator should ensure the timely dissemination of information, escalation of issues, recommendations, and implementation of solutions to problems.
- Perform reception duties, scheduling of appointments, registration, dispensing of medication, payment collection, and administrative duties relating to patients.
- Involve in administrative functions relating to work areas such as stationery/drug/consumable ordering/stock-taking.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum 'O' levels or equivalent
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent customer-service mindset
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting would be an advantage.
- Able to commit 5.5 workdays.
