Job Summary

We are seeking a Coordinator specializing in Platform Engineering and Reporting to support the planning, tracking, reporting, and operational coordination of platform-related initiatives. This role will work closely with Platform Engineers, DevOps, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution, accurate reporting, and timely delivery of platform services. The ideal candidate should be hands-on with technical coordination, understand cloud and DevOps environments, and possess strong analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Coordination & Support

• Assist in coordinating platform engineering activities, task tracking, timelines, and resource alignment.
• Support the setup, maintenance, and documentation of cloud-native infrastructure built using tools such as Terraform, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Work with engineers to ensure proper configuration, deployment, and operational support of platform services.

Reporting & Monitoring

• Prepare timely reports on project progress, system performance, risks, and status updates for internal stakeholders.
• Track KPIs, platform reliability metrics, and operational trends.
• Support monitoring using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack.

Automation & Operations

• Assist in developing and maintaining automation scripts and CI/CD pipelines.
• Coordinate troubleshooting efforts across environments and follow up to ensure issues are resolved.
• Ensure all platform activities comply with security and governance requirements.

Documentation & Communication

• Maintain and update technical and operational documentation.
• Facilitate communication between engineering, DevOps, and management teams.
• Support planning sessions, sprint reviews, and platform-related discussions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in platform engineering, DevOps coordination, infrastructure support, or technical project coordination.
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes).
• Strong scripting knowledge (Python, Bash, etc.) is a plus.
• Understanding of monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Basic understanding of networking and cloud security principles.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology and sprint coordination.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
