Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update project documentation, drawings, permits, and submission records.
  • Prepare reports, meeting minutes, schedules, and progress updates.
  • Coordinate with the site team, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients on administrative matters.
  • Assist with procurement tasks, including quotations, purchase requests, and delivery tracking.
  • Purchase materials and prepare claim submissions (monthly claims, variation order supporting documents, delivery records, etc.).
  • Handle site administrative duties such as timesheets, attendance, and petty cash.
  • Support safety documentation, including toolbox meeting records, permits-to-work, and inspection forms.
  • Provide general administrative support to the project team.
