- Maintain and update project documentation, drawings, permits, and submission records.
- Prepare reports, meeting minutes, schedules, and progress updates.
- Coordinate with the site team, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients on administrative matters.
- Assist with procurement tasks, including quotations, purchase requests, and delivery tracking.
- Purchase materials and prepare claim submissions (monthly claims, variation order supporting documents, delivery records, etc.).
- Handle site administrative duties such as timesheets, attendance, and petty cash.
- Support safety documentation, including toolbox meeting records, permits-to-work, and inspection forms.
- Provide general administrative support to the project team.
