Job Duties:
Requirements:
- Lead and oversee all sales operations and customer service activities within the branch.
- Handle and resolve phone and walk-in customer inquiries, ensuring a high standard of guest experience.
- Drive sales by promoting treatment services, packages, promotions, and special deals to meet and exceed targets.
- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and branch-wide sales goals.
- Ensure smooth daily operations, including prescription preparation, invoice issuance, and other BAU processes.
- Collaborate closely with in-house TCM physicians to align sales strategies with customers' health objectives.
- Coordinate with HQ on operational, marketing, and promotional initiatives.
- Monitor and ensure achievement of KPIs for all branch staff.
- Conduct regular branch meetings and participate in HQ monthly management meetings.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of sales or customer-facing experience in TCM, Beauty, Wellness, or related fields, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Proven track record in driving sales and achieving targets.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide, train, and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin (proficiency in Mandarin is required for understanding TCM prescriptions and communication).
- Proactive, customer-oriented, and able to respond effectively to customer needs.
- Updated knowledge of industry trends, services, and products.
- Experience in coordinating with multiple stakeholders and managing operational processes.
