Responsibilities :
Requirements :
- Understand client's needs, develop and maintain client relationship and conclude client's deals efficiently
- Maintain excellent account management, co-ordinating with product partners and colleagues locally and overseas
- Manage client queries and problem resolution in timely manner, liaising with risk management, operations and compliance locally and overseas
- Maximize the portfolio of corporate client's revenue potential by increasing product penetration and active cross-selling of the bank's services
Requirements :
- Degree in Banking and Finance or related discipline.
- Minimium 5 years of working experience in customer relationship in corporate banking.
- Strong desire to achieve results.
- Independent with good coordination and interpersonal communication skills.
- Bilingual in English and Chinese to liaise with Mandarin speaking business associates.
