Location: Pasir Panjang
Salary: Basic up to $3,600 + Performance Bonuses
Working hours: 5-day work week - Office Hours
Contract Period: Up to Aug 2026, renewable

Job Responsibilities:

• Onboarding new staff in workflow processes and questionnaire design.
• Fieldwork briefing and interviewer training exercises.
• Fieldwork Resource ManagementLogistical requirements for the survey operations team.
• Manage daily rosters and leave matters.
• Assist in programming of the online survey questionnaire in the in-house survey system and offline excel questionnaire.
• Monitoring the response rate of every ongoing survey to ensure good representation of the data collected from every sector.
• Work closely with stakeholders, responding & providing data support to queries
• Monitor and ensure timely submission of licensees' submissions.
• Liaise with vendor for the publishing of stats on website.
• Verify and compile data provided by licensees.
• Assisting officers in any task assigned to the survey ops team related to survey fieldwork and operations.

Looking for:

• Singaporeans only
• Prior two years of experience managing a team of staff processing administrative forms and requests (e.g. surveys, feedback forms, tax returns, form submissions to authorities or to financial institutions)
• Experience in managing the daily rosters and leave matters of the team of survey officers
• Conversant in English and have the confidence to conduct surveys in English over telephone interviews and guide statistical officers in managing difficult survey respondents
• Patient, meticulous, detailed, good organizational skills
