Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new models, and advancements in automotive technology.
  • Oversee the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Monitor and manage the sales pipeline, providing regular reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to ensure continuous development.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the dealership's inventory.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.


What Makes You the Perfect Fit:
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the automotive industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Experience in an authorized dealership environment is required.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, selling and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • A passion for the automotive industry and staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.
