- Identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new models, and advancements in automotive technology.
- Oversee the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Monitor and manage the sales pipeline, providing regular reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to ensure continuous development.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the dealership's inventory.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
What Makes You the Perfect Fit:
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the automotive industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in an authorized dealership environment is required.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, selling and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- A passion for the automotive industry and staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.
