Hiring Position: IT Manager at SAMH

At Singapore Association for Mental Health (SAMH), we improve the lives of persons withmental health issues through rehabilitation and reintegration. Our beneficiaries include youths, students and adults. We are here at every step of their recovery journey, while also providing emotional and practical support to their families and caregivers.

Purpose

The IT Manager will be a key person driving SAMH's digitalization efforts, ensuring that our IT infrastructure can effectively support the delivery of services to our staff, clients and beneficiaries. You will source and implement IT solutions, ensure strong IT governance and secure IT systems.

Core Duties

• Evaluate, implement, and manage IT projectsSource and apply for funding support
• Work with vendors to ensure that all IT systemsare maintained at an optimal level
• Implement, configure and support keyapplications such as Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system,Donation/ Volunteer Management System, Learning Management System and websitemaintenance.
• Conduct user training
• Document procedures and user guides
• Coordinate, troubleshoot and resolve IT relatedissues
• Review, draft and implement IT policies andplans

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Computer Science orInformation Technology
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience forManagerial position
• Able to work independently and self-directed
• Working knowledge of website maintenance (e.g.Word Press)
• Experience in optimization on CRM systems andmanaging CRM enhancement requirements
• Good knowledge of cloud technologies, as well ascommercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) solutions.
