Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and expand key client relationships with ship management companies and ship owners
• Prepare tailored proposals, lead negotiations, and close ship repair contracts, costing
• Identify new market opportunities and gather market intelligence
• Collaborate closely with technical, legal, and commercial teams to deliver results

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or related discipline
• 5-8 years' relevant industry experience, including at least 5 years in sales or commercial roles (newbuilding preferred)
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
