Job Description:
The role requires hands-on management of site works, ensuring proper coordination, quality, and timely delivery of ACMV installations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and supervise daily ACMV site activities, including installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of works.
• Monitor project schedules, manpower allocation, and material delivery to meet milestones.
• Ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and workplace safety regulations.
• Resolve site-related technical and coordination issues promptly.
• Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports for management.
• Provide guidance and support to site engineers, supervisors, and workers.
Job Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5-8 years of ACMV site management experience in large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of ACMV systems installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Good understanding of local codes, standards, and safety regulations.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work on-site full time at Tuas.
• Willingness to work at Tuas area. Transportation is provided from nearest MRT station to site office
