Job Description

As a Sales & Project Management Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business while managing ongoing client projects. This hybrid role requires strong sales acumen, solid project management skills, and a working understanding of digital marketing campaigns. You will work closely with our production and performance teams to ensure that client objectives are met and campaigns run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to acquire and onboard new clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through outreach, networking, and relationship building.
  • Manage client projects from start to finish, timelines, deliverables, communication, and coordination with internal teams.
  • Assist in the planning, execution, and optimisation of marketing campaigns (Meta, Google, SEO, content, etc.).
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
  • Meet and exceed sales KPIs and revenue targets.
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.

Requirements
  • Prior experience in digital marketing sales is a must.
  • Experience in project management or account management is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Results-driven, proactive, and able to think strategically.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Pay: Commission-based with Base Salary (Est. range: $3,500.00 - $6,000.00+/month depending on performance)
