Responsibilities:

• Oversee management and maintenance of M&E facilities operations across commercial buildings, ensuring optimal system performance and reliability.
• Direct daily functions of M&E systems, guaranteeing smooth operations and compliance with safety standards.
• Manage end-to-end operational performance of facilities contracts, driving service delivery, safety, profitability, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Lead and coordinate multi-site teams, fostering cross-functional collaboration and aligning operations with contractual KPIs and organizational strategy.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute corrective and preventive maintenance, integrated system testing, and annual building shutdown activities.
• Prepare and present reports for internal and external stakeholders, providing clear insights into operational performance and compliance.
• Negotiate vendor contracts and manage costing, ensuring cost efficiency while maintaining service quality.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical or Facilities Management
• At least 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in Facility Building Maintenance services, ACMV equipment
• Proven track record in managing multi-sites contracts of a commercial buildings is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of building services systems: electrical CMV, M&E, elevators, fire protection etc.
• Familiar with statutory requirements (BCA, SCDF, MOM-WSH)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
