You will fill in a role where you will be the bridge between the technology andoperations to ensure that the system is running at its optimal capacity.

Job Description:
  • Project Planning & Execution
    Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and allocate resources in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Open GapsTo understand any open gaps that would hinder the project to go live or affect any live/production environment. Identifying of the gap and ensuring a solution to close those gaps.
  • Team Coordination
    Work closely with teams across design, product, engineering, compliance, and operations to ensure seamless execution.
  • Stakeholder Management
    Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and alignment of expectations.
  • Timeline & Budget Management
    Monitor project progress, manage timelines and budgets, and address any challenges that may impact delivery.
  • Risk Management
    Identify potential risks and bottlenecks early and develop effective mitigation strategies.
  • Reporting & Documentation
    Maintain thorough project documentation and provide regular progress updates to senior leadership.
  • Quality Assurance
    Ensure all project deliverables meet established quality standards and business requirements through rigorous testing and review.
  • Process Improvement
    Continuously seek opportunities to enhance project management processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness.

As you will be playing a role where you are the bridge between technology and operations, you are to ensure that operations and the necessary departments have the right tools to implement their roles successfully.
  • To ensure that the project is able to build and maintain strong, long-lasting customers relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for your customers, ensuring timely and effective communication and issue resolution.
  • To ensure that the relevant departments have an understanding of our the project business needs and goals and in return providing the best solution for the end users.
  • To ensure that the project can manage multiple accounts including onboarding, training, support, account management, and account expansion.
  • To ensure that every department master the Neo bank platform and methodology using internal and external tools in order to enable our users to flourish Co-ordinating of suppliers, handling clients' queries and troubleshooting on the day of event to ensure all that runs smoothly.
  • Liaise closely with all departments and their requirements to ensure smooth product adoption, quick issue resolution, and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure that the platform has capability to provide 24/7 support to any user throughout their life cycle.
  • Ensure that compliance and operational team has the right tools and capability to analyse AML risks associated with the client from a technical perspective, identify and escalate potential risks and operational issues as appropriate; identify red flag/ dot situations and escalate in line with policy and procedures.
  • Ensuring appropriate and confidential handling/ sharing of sensitive client data Responsible for coordinating the effective completion of each assigned case from initiation to completion; following up with team members within own area of responsibility for completing sub-activities across the end to end renewal process
  • Drives effective issue resolution within boundaries of policy, ensuring cases are completed in line with defined service level agreements.
  • Ensure to be part of facilitation on all queries for those cases within own area of responsibility, including issues around PEP, screening, regulatory, compliance, legal, operational risk.
  • To ensure the right tools and solutions in place for respective team to undertake Client due diligence on a timely basis and ensure they are performed to meet the required quality and detail standards as required by Policy and Procedures.

Education and certifications

Education:

Experience:
  • A minimum of 3 to 8 years of project management experience, with specific roles often requiring 5+ years.
  • Experience in leading ICT applications or infrastructure projects is common.
  • Experience working in large matrix organizations or multinational corporations is often a plus.
  • Skills and expertise

Project management methodologies:
  • Proficiency in methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches is essential.

Technical knowledge:
  • Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC), IT service management (ITSM), and project management software like MS Project or Jira is necessary.

Financial management:
  • Experience with project budgeting, cost tracking, and financial management is frequently required.

Communication and leadership:
  • Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, presentation, and stakeholder managementskills are crucial.

Problem-solving:
  • A logical and analytical approach to problem-solving and handling issues is expected.
