Salary: SGD 3,000 - 4,000

Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome customers and understand their wellness needs.
• Promote sales by explaining product features, advantages, and value.
• Handle customer inquiries and build strong, trustworthy customer relationships.
• Collaborate closely with store team members to achieve sales targets and share best practices.

Requirements:

• Retail, customer service, or sales experience preferred, but the right attitude and willingness to learn matter most.
• Enjoy interacting with people, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, customer-oriented, and service-minded.
• Proficiency in English & Mandarin is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients & stakeholders at the headquarters.
