Responsibilities

• Deeply explore needs of Singapore corporate clients (e.g., large tech firms, gaming companies, co-working spaces, hotels) and maintain long-term strategic relationships.
• Present and sell products to clients, prepare quotations, conduct negotiations, and close deals.
• Understand local gift market trends, competitor movements, and customer demand, and provide insights to management.
• Provide professional pre-sales and after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or related fields.
• Experience in gifts, promotional products, FMCG, or B2B sales is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in English & Mandarin is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients & stakeholders at the headquarters

Salary: SGD 8,000 - 10,000
