Cashiering & Service

Handle point-of-sale transactions accurately (cash, QR, card).

Pack pastries neatly and ensure proper handling of fresh bakes.

Manage order collections, online pickups, and pre-orders.

Brand Representation

Maintain a friendly, clean, and professional appearance that reflects One18 Bakery's brand.

Promote the bakery's TikTok and Instagram during customer interactions.

Occasionally support on-ground marketing activities or roadshows.

Operational Support

Assist with simple bakery tasks (restocking, cleaning display counters, arranging packaging).

Help maintain cleanliness in front-of-house areas.

Report low stock, customer feedback, or issues to supervisors promptly.
