Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Project Planning & Initiation: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk assessments. Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies.
- Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Clearly communicate project updates and address any concerns promptly.
- Vendor Management: Select and manage subcontractors and suppliers for fabrication, installation, electrical work, and other necessary services. Negotiate contracts and ensure quality of work.
- Project Execution & Monitoring: Oversee the execution of projects, ensuring adherence to project plans, budgets, and timelines. Monitor progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement corrective actions.
- Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to ensure that all signage meets the required specifications and standards. Conduct inspections and address any defects.
- Budget Management: Manage project budgets effectively, track expenses, and ensure projects are completed within the allocated budget.
- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare regular project reports, including progress updates, budget status, and risk assessments. Maintain accurate project documentation.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, providing clear direction and support. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
Requirements:
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the signage industry.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of signage design, fabrication, and installation techniques. Familiarity with different types of signage materials and technologies (e.g., LED, acrylic, metal). Knowledge of electrical wiring and installation is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to identify and resolve project issues effectively.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized and detail-oriented. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership abilities. Ability to motivate and manage project teams.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with local regulations and permitting processes related to signage installation.
- Other Requirements: Possess a valid driver's license (preferred). Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
