Job Summary

We are looking for a caring and patient DAC Instructor to support adults with special needs. You will plan and run daily programmes, assist with life skills, and help clients develop independence in a safe and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct activities: life skills, vocational tasks, arts & crafts, social interaction.
• Supervise and support clients with daily routines and behaviour management.
• Maintain attendance, session notes, and progress records.
• Work with the team to ensure a safe and organized environment.

Requirements

• Passion for working with adults with special needs.
• Patience, empathy, and good communication skills.
• Physically able to assist clients when needed.
• Experience in caregiving or special needs is a plus.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 4:00pm (with lunch break)
