Content Creation
- Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality videos and short-form content for various platforms.
- Develop visually coherent content that aligns with Aurae's brand tone: refined, modern, and elevated.
- Prepare content for publication and ensure all materials meet brand standards.
Social Media Management
- Manage content scheduling and posting across multiple platforms:
- Instagram Platform, TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, Xiaohong shu (RED), Lemon8 & Threads, Pinterest
- Review and approve content before publishing.
- Ensure consistency in voice, branding, and posting cadence across all channels.
Influencer & Collaboration Management
- Research, identify, and reach out to suitable influencers for potential partnerships.
- Maintain communication and ensure collaboration timelines and deliverables are met.
Requirements - Proven experience in content creation, video production, and social media management.
- Strong video editing skills (mobile or desktop editing apps/software).
- Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Xiaohongshu/RED, Pinterest, and other emerging platforms.
- Ability to understand and execute brand aesthetics-clean, elegant, and premium.
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage a high content volume across multiple channels.
- Basic understanding of influencer marketing and communication skills for outreach.
- Photography or studio-related experience is a plus (not mandatory).
