Technical Sales Coordinator - Key Duties
- Assist the sales team with quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.
- Coordinate with clients to understand technical requirements and provide solutions.
- Maintain and update sales documentation, including price lists and product catalogs.
- Provide technical guidance to clients and internal teams regarding products and solutions.
- Liaise with engineering and production teams to ensure feasibility of solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for clients as needed.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries on technical and product matters.
- Monitor and track sales orders from receipt to delivery.
- Organize product demonstrations, training sessions, or presentations for clients.
- Support market research, competitor analysis, and product feedback collection.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist in implementing best practices.
