Job Description

We are looking for a creative and responsible Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team and strengthen our brand presence across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all company social media platforms (Instagram, Xiaohongshu, Facebook, etc.).
• Oversee and guide the work of other marketing team members.
• Review and approve marketing content drafts prepared by editors.
• Supervise photo and video shoots to ensure quality and brand consistency.
• Review and approve edited videos before publishing.
• Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Monitor performance of social media content and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in marketing or social media management.
• Strong sense of aesthetics and branding.
• Good leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Familiar with Xiaohongshu content style is an advantage.
