What We're Looking For
- Diploma or Degree in Arboriculture , Horticulture , Landscape , or related field.
- ISA Certified Arborist or equivalent certification preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in landscape or arboricultural operations.
What You'll Do
- Lead and supervise operations staff, arborists, and contractors in day-to-day field activities.
- Conduct tree inspections and assessments, recommending treatments and maintenance plans.
- Plan and oversee pruning, trimming, and removal works following arboricultural best practices.
- Manage landscape and tree projects from start to completion - ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and client satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Build strong client relationships and support business growth through quality service delivery.
- Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new landscape and arboriculture staff.
- Business Development Support in identify new business opportunities within the operations and arboriculture sectors. [ Sales Project Incentive will be given ]
- Collaborate with the sales team to prepare proposals, costings, and technical inputs.
